StayNYC Manhattan ("we", "us") is a booking platform specializing in New York City hotels. By using the site you agree to these terms.

2. Bookings

All bookings are subject to availability and the policies of the specific hotel and rate type. Confirmed bookings constitute a contract between you and the hotel; we act as a booking agent.

3. Pricing

Prices are shown in USD inclusive of taxes and fees unless otherwise stated. We use server-side pricing — the total shown at the payment step is the total charged. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors.

4. Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store full card numbers. By providing payment information you authorize us to charge the total shown.

6. Conduct at the property

You agree to abide by each hotel's house rules. We are not liable for refusal of service due to violations of those rules.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the affected booking.
